Organized stalking and electronic harassment are hate crimes being committed against millions of targeted Americans INFANTS & CHILDREN INCLUDED! This harassment is rooted in psychological warfare and mind control tactics carefully refined over the past 50 years by the U.S. GOVERNMENT and active here today in year 2010, but has been significantly on the rise during the Bill Clinton era as President of the United States. It has been dubbed the hate crime of the new millennium.

The burst width is between 500 nanoseconds and 100 microseconds. The pulse width is in the range of 10 nanoseconds to 1 microsecond. The bursts are frequency modulated by the audio input to create the sensation of hearing in the person whose head is irradiated."

The interference waveform which is representative of the brain wave activity is re-transmitted by the brain to a receiver where it is demodulated and amplified. Organized stalking and electronic harassment are hate crimes committed in a covert manner against a targeted individual by various criminal groups in an effort to destroy a person's life. The victims and their family members are regularly stalked, their residences are entered while they are away, personal belongings are stolen or tampered with, rumors based on lies are spread about them within their communities, and they are subjected to directed energy weapons, microwave hearing attacks and electronic mind control programming with sophisticated electromagnetic equipment. This harassment is an attack on the integrity and self-esteem of the victim and invades every aspect of their lives, over time wearing them down and isolating them from society. Many victims have been harassed for decades at a time, some their entire lives.

Background

This harassment is perpetrated by a loosely-knit network of extremist groups and cults believed to be clandestinely sanctioned by corporations and government officials. They use the victimization of a targeted individual as a fear-based tool to keep their followers united, demonstrating their power to control people's lives, by channeling hatred toward a victim and his family.

Victims are chosen because they are corporate or government whistle blowers, because they pose a perceived threat to the group, for reasons of revenge on the part of a group member, or merely because they are easy targets, loners without a strong support system.

This harassment is persistent and unrelenting, occurring 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Many if not most are targeted for the remainder of their lives. Some have died as a result, either by committing suicide or as a consequence of the long-term effects of this harassment upon their health.

The children of the adult victims are subjected to this harassment as well. In most cases children exhibit sudden, unexplained aggressive behavior, autism-like learning disabilities, "in-and-out" state of mind, extreme clumsiness, retaliation, and crib death. Some have even acquired life threatening illnesses of some sort due to electromagnetic radiation.

There are several cases in which three generations within a family have been targeted. In these cases some victims have been targeted since birth, not knowing or having experienced what life is like without this harassment!

Victims can't get help anywhere. They have been ignored and denied assistance from virtually every federal, state and city official nationwide. Thousands of their letters detailing their harassment have been sent to virtually every government agency in the nation, with essentially no meaningful response from our elected officials. Consequently victims and their families continue to be targeted with psychological warfare attacks, directed energy weapons, electro-magnetic radiation, psycho-electronic mind control programming, drugs, and gaslighting, the latter so that when the victims explain what is happening to them they're labeled as mentally ill and in some cases even falsely institutionalized.

Organized Stalking

Also known as gang stalking or cause stalking, organized stalking is the use of psychological warfare techniques to wear a victim down over a period of time. It differs from overt harassment in that the harassment is subtle and usually goes unnoticed to the casual observer. The primary tactic entails employing a large number of stalkers to follow a victim every time they leave their residence, both on the road and on foot in public places. Because the stalkers frequently switch off with each other, the victim cannot identify any one stalker as having followed them for a long enough time to report them to the police. It is executed in an overwhelming manner, over time instilling within the victim paranoia that they are constantly under surveillance and feelings of anxiety and rage.

Discrediting campaigns are employed via the spreading of rumors based on lies or half truths within the neighborhood, the workplace, and among the victims' circle of friends and family, to isolate the victims from their support systems, further increasing their stress level and frustration. Any neighbors willing to participate in the harassment are recruited. In addition, efforts are made to sabotage the victims' ability to hold a job or maintain a business in order to get them to spend down their savings to subsistence levels. Essentially the victims are outnumbered 100 to 1 in a well-orchestrated campaign to attempt to destroy their lives.

Electronic Harassment

Many victims are also subjected to electronic harassment via sophisticated, military-grade through-wall imaging technology, directed energy weapons, induced microwave hearing attacks, and psycho-electronic mind control programming. The equipment, based on microwave, infrasound, neuro science, biofeedback, and other technology, has the capability to administer a variety of effects when remo0tely directed at the victim either while inside their homes or away from their homes. These effects include annoying sounds being transmitted into the auditory cortex, headaches, laser-like burns, rashes, sharp pains that feel like electrical shocks, mood alteration, and neurological trauma. Unfortunately the absence of media coverage of this advanced technology has largely kept the public in the dark about its existence. There have been several bills introduced in congress to address it, and Michigan is the first state to enact a law making electronic harassment illegal. Public Awareness

This harassment is counter to U.S. constitutional principles and human rights beliefs. When the leadership of this and of other countries muster the courage to face the reality of these crimes, and when we the people do what we know to be right, will this problem be addressed. To this end public awareness is paramount to exposing this harassment. Only when the general public at large becomes aware of this and its implications will we be able to effect change in the form of mainstream media publicizing this issue in a meaningful way and federal and local governments taking significant steps to address this very serious and ominous problem.

The very word "secrecy" is repugnant in a free and open society, and we as a people are inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths and to secret proceedings.
